This is a one-day event that is focused on the FP7 ICT Work Programme 2011-12 Call 7 and how Russian stakeholders can participate in the EU Programme. Call 7 is currently open and proposals can be submitted until 18 January 2011.

Each member will be asked to speak 5-10 minutes about the barriers to EU-Russia cooperation in ICT and how to improve participation of Russian partners in the Framework Programmes and vice versa of EU partners in the Russian funding Programmes.
