How to participate in the EU's 7th Framework Programme ICT-Theme? The conditions for Russian Participation.

Information day Thursday 21 October, 09:30-18:00, at the Main Library Building, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Lomonovskiy prospect 27, Moscow, Russia.

This is a one-day event that is focused on the FP7 ICT Work Programme 2011-12 Call 7 and how Russian stakeholders can participate in the EU Programme. Call 7 is currently open and proposals can be submitted until 18 January 2011.

Find out about the current Work Programme, the rules of participation and how to structure your proposal. 
Hear how they did it, a presentation from a FP7 Project with EU and Russian partners.
Take part in the panel discussion on the theme "How to Improve EU-Russia cooperation in the FP7 ICT Theme: Barriers and Opportunities".

We seek members to the afternoon panel discussion. Each member will be asked to speak 5-10 minutes about the barriers to EU-Russia cooperation in ICT and how to improve participation of Russian partners in the Framework Programmes and vice versa of EU partners in the Russian funding Programmes. If you feel that you have something to contribute to this discussion, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible.
